In reading this week we will be reading I Am Rene, the Boy (Fiction) and Being Different Rocks! (Persuasive Text). We will be working on identifying the problem and solution in a story. In addition, we will be Identifying opinion and reasons of a persuasive text. We will also be sorting words by their beginning and ending sounds. We will be working on the letter sounds T (Tyra Tiger) and B (Benny Bear). Our reader this week will be Look at Fall! This week we will be working on the following words: by, my, to, look, at and the.

Math
In math we will be working on making sense of a problem involving position words. Adapting strategies to solve a related problem involving sorting. Classifying, counting, and comparing to make sense of information.
