Reading
In reading this week we will be reading A Squiggly Story (Fiction) and One Happy Classroom (Fiction). We will be working on the exploring the letters G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O and P. Our reader this week will be Counting Crayons. This week we will be working on the following words: a, here, are and is. The September Words activity was sent home this week.

Math
In math we will work on number sense, and position words (above, below, front, back etc). We will move and model objects in described positions using drawings, pictures and manipulatives.

Our Let’s Find Out this week will be Will You Be My Friend? Children will explore different ways to make new friends.
